VFX Services for Opera House businesses
VFX is built in our studio, not on a set — so there is no unit arriving at your office in Opera House, no permission to file and no shoot day to protect. What Opera House changes is who is briefing us and what they need the work to do.
Heritage streetscapes and legacy institutions with strong character on camera. Anchored around Royal Opera House. Most work here is capability films, customer testimonials and launch content. Those teams commission VFX when the thing they need to explain cannot be filmed: a process inside a machine, a product that does not exist yet, a data story, or a service that lives entirely on a screen.
We work with Opera House clients the way distance allows — a kickoff at your office or on a call, then written approvals at script, storyboard and first animation pass. Most of our South Mumbai projects run without a single site visit, and the ones that need reference footage borrow an hour, not a day.
02
How a Opera House VFX project actually runs
Everything hangs on approvals, not logistics. We agree the review dates up front and publish them in the schedule, because the only thing that reliably delays VFX is an unanswered review.
Source material comes from you: brand kit, product CAD or photography, legal-approved copy and any existing footage. Where a Opera House client has none of that, we build from reference and sign it off at the styleframe stage before any production time is spent.
Review happens on a shared link with frame-accurate comments, so a marketing head in Opera House and a technical reviewer anywhere else are commenting on the same frame rather than on a forwarded screen recording.
- Delivery mode: remote-first, with kickoff in Opera House on request
- No filming permission required: VFX is produced in-studio
- Source assets needed: brand guidelines, product references, approved copy
- Review cadence: script, storyboard, first pass, final — two revision rounds included

03
Why Opera House teams commission VFX
The buyer profile here is specific. Heritage streetscapes and legacy institutions with strong character on camera. Anchored around Royal Opera House. Most work here is capability films, customer testimonials and launch content. Those organisations are rarely looking for a showreel — they are looking for shots that would be impossible or unsafe to film.
The pattern repeats across South Mumbai: the piece that performs is the one that names a real problem in the first ten seconds, and the fastest route to that is a script and storyboard approved before production time is spent.
04
What vfx services actually involves
Invisible cleanup through to full CG set extension, planned at the storyboard stage.
We would rather cut a scene in the script than discover the problem in the grade. For VFX, that means deciding early whether the film is doing persuasion work, explanation work or proof work — because those three jobs need different structures, different running times and different crews.
A typical engagement runs 3-8 weeks and is delivered by vfx supervisor, compositor, roto artist, fx td. There is no shoot day and no location to permit — the work is built in our studio from nuke, houdini, on-set hdri capture, which is why the schedule is driven by approvals rather than by weather, traffic or access.

05
What you receive
Deliverables are agreed in writing before production starts, so nothing is negotiated after the fact. The standard package for VFX includes:
- VFX breakdown
- Comped shots
- Cleanup passes
- Element library
06
How we run the project
Six stages, each with a named owner and a dated checkpoint.
- Script and storyboard: A written script, then a storyboard or styleframe set that shows exactly how the finished piece will look before a single frame is built.
- Design and asset build: Style is locked on approved styleframes. Characters, product models, UI and typography are built to that lock so nothing is reinterpreted mid-project.
- Animation and assembly: Blocking pass, then full animation against the approved scratch voice track. You review at blocking and at first full pass, before render.
- Finishing: Render, colour, sound design, mix and graphics conform in a calibrated suite. Two structured revision rounds sit inside the schedule.
- Delivery and measurement: Platform-specific masters, captions, thumbnails, source project files on request, and an asset index. We review performance after 30 days.
- Discovery: A 90-minute session with the people who own the outcome. We leave with the audience, the proposition and the single action the work has to drive.

07
Investment and what moves the number
VFX Services projects typically sit between Rs 1L - Rs 40L. The variables that move that figure are finished runtime, the number of unique scenes or assets built from scratch, the complexity of the style, and how many revision rounds you need beyond the two included.
We quote in three tiers against the same script so you can see exactly what an extra day or an extra grade session buys. What we do not do is win the brief on price and rebuild the margin through change requests.
- Included as standard: a named producer who answers the phone, not a ticket queue.
- Included as standard: a storyboard approved before production time is spent.
- Included as standard: two structured revision rounds priced into the quote.
- Included as standard: project files and source assets handed over on request.

Opera House sectors we produce for
The commissioning teams in this pocket of South Mumbai cluster around a few sectors, and each briefs differently.
- Logistics in Opera House: Network films and Warehouse walkthroughs. Port and customs area filming clearances.
- Automotive in Opera House: Launch films and Feature explainers. Safety claim substantiation and homologation accuracy.
- FMCG in Opera House: TVCs and Digital ad films. FSSAI and ASCI compliance on every claim.
- Startups in Opera House: Pitch films and Product demos. No forward-looking financial claims in public assets.
09
Nearby areas we also produce for
Studio-built work travels for free, so teams across these areas are served on the same schedule and the same rate card.
- Nariman Point — Sunday mornings offer empty streets and clean skylines.
- Fort — Pedestrianised pockets suit compact gimbal units.
- Colaba — Early call times before 7am avoid crowd control issues.
- Byculla — Wide older streets support full technical units.
- Mazgaon — Elevated garden views over the eastern waterfront.

Five ways VFX in Opera House projects go wrong
Most failed video projects fail for the same handful of reasons. These are the ones we plan against.
- Approving a script without a storyboard: Words read differently from frames. Sign off the boards and the revisions collapse from ten rounds to two.
- Changing the style after animation starts: A restyle at the animation stage is a rebuild, not an edit. Style locks at styleframe approval for exactly this reason.
- Writing to a runtime instead of a message: Ninety seconds is a constraint, not a brief. Decide what has to land, then cut to fit.
- Treating voice over as an afterthought: The scratch track drives the timing of every cut. Cast the voice before animation, not after.

Working with us
We are a Mumbai production company that works to a written scope, a fixed schedule and an agreed deliverable list. Briefs come in from marketing heads, founders, HR leads and agency partners, and all of them get the same first step: a conversation about the outcome.
If a video is not the right answer, we will say so. That has cost us projects and won us clients.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with Opera House clients?
Yes. Opera House (400004) is inside our regular South Mumbai client base. VFX Services is produced in our studio, so we work remote-first with an optional kickoff at your office.
Do you need to shoot anything in Opera House?
No. VFX is built from your brief, brand assets and approved copy — there is no unit, no filming permission and no site access to arrange. If a project needs live footage alongside it, we quote that as a separate shoot.
How much does vfx services cost in Opera House?
The band is Rs 1L - Rs 40L, the same as anywhere in Mumbai. Because there is no location, crew travel or permission cost, the number moves only with runtime, scene count, style complexity and revision rounds.
How fast can you deliver to a Opera House team?
3-8 weeks. The schedule is driven by your approvals at script, storyboard and first pass, so a decisive reviewer is worth more to the timeline than a bigger budget.
How do reviews work if we are based in Opera House?
On a shared review link with frame-accurate comments. Everyone comments on the same frame, which is why most South Mumbai projects close in the two revision rounds included in the quote.
