01
Logistics context
3PL, shipping and warehousing operators proving scale and reliability.
For logistics teams, colour grading sits inside an approval chain, not outside it. Port and customs area filming clearances. We build that into the schedule rather than discovering it at the sign-off stage.
- Network films — briefed, scripted and delivered as a distinct asset rather than a cutdown afterthought.
- Warehouse walkthroughs — briefed, scripted and delivered as a distinct asset rather than a cutdown afterthought.
- Driver training — briefed, scripted and delivered as a distinct asset rather than a cutdown afterthought.
- Safety modules — briefed, scripted and delivered as a distinct asset rather than a cutdown afterthought.
02
What good looks like in this sector
Network films win enterprise RFPs where scale is the deciding factor.
The brief matters more than the camera, so we spend real time on it. In logistics, the most common failure is a film that is technically excellent and commercially silent — beautiful footage that never states the proposition. We test the script against the buying decision before the camera is booked.

03
What colour grading services actually involves
Reference-monitor grading in a calibrated suite with client attendance welcome.
The brief matters more than the camera, so we spend real time on it. For colour grading, that means deciding early whether the film is doing persuasion work, explanation work or proof work — because those three jobs need different structures, different running times and different crews.
A typical engagement runs 3-7 working days and is delivered by senior colourist, dit. There is no shoot day and no location to permit — the work is built in our studio from resolve studio, sony bvm reference monitor, calibrated theatre, which is why the schedule is driven by approvals rather than by weather, traffic or access.
04
What you receive
Deliverables are agreed in writing before production starts, so nothing is negotiated after the fact. The standard package for colour grading includes:
- Graded master
- HDR and SDR trims
- Show LUT
- Grade notes

05
How we run the project
Six stages, each with a named owner and a dated checkpoint.
- Finishing: Render, colour, sound design, mix and graphics conform in a calibrated suite. Two structured revision rounds sit inside the schedule.
- Delivery and measurement: Platform-specific masters, captions, thumbnails, source project files on request, and an asset index. We review performance after 30 days.
- Discovery: A 90-minute session with the people who own the outcome. We leave with the audience, the proposition and the single action the work has to drive.
- Script and storyboard: A written script, then a storyboard or styleframe set that shows exactly how the finished piece will look before a single frame is built.
- Design and asset build: Style is locked on approved styleframes. Characters, product models, UI and typography are built to that lock so nothing is reinterpreted mid-project.
- Animation and assembly: Blocking pass, then full animation against the approved scratch voice track. You review at blocking and at first full pass, before render.
06
Investment and what moves the number
Colour Grading Services projects typically sit between Rs 30K - Rs 3L. The variables that move that figure are finished runtime, the number of unique scenes or assets built from scratch, the complexity of the style, and how many revision rounds you need beyond the two included.
We quote in three tiers against the same script so you can see exactly what an extra day or an extra grade session buys. What we do not do is win the brief on price and rebuild the margin through change requests.
- Included as standard: delivery specs matched to each platform, not one master for everything.
- Included as standard: a named producer who answers the phone, not a ticket queue.
- Included as standard: a storyboard approved before production time is spent.
- Included as standard: two structured revision rounds priced into the quote.

Logistics teams we produce for across Mumbai
Colour grading is built in our studio, so there is no site access to arrange. These are the pockets of the MMR the briefs come from.
- Malad West (Western Suburbs) — IT parks and BPO campuses with in-house auditoria.
- Thane (Thane) — Manufacturing, pharma back-offices and fast-growing SME brands.
- Navi Mumbai (Navi Mumbai) — Planned corporate districts with wide roads and modern campuses.
- Vikhroli (Eastern Suburbs) — Legacy industrial estates turned corporate campuses.
- Chembur (Eastern Suburbs) — Petrochemical, energy and logistics headquarters.
08
Five ways logistics colour grading projects go wrong
Most failed video projects fail for the same handful of reasons. These are the ones we plan against.
- Changing the style after animation starts: A restyle at the animation stage is a rebuild, not an edit. Style locks at styleframe approval for exactly this reason.
- Writing to a runtime instead of a message: Ninety seconds is a constraint, not a brief. Decide what has to land, then cut to fit.
- Treating voice over as an afterthought: The scratch track drives the timing of every cut. Cast the voice before animation, not after.
- Supplying assets late: Brand kits, product CAD and legal copy arriving mid-build is the single most common cause of a slipped delivery date.

Working with us
We are a Mumbai production company that works to a written scope, a fixed schedule and an agreed deliverable list. Briefs come in from marketing heads, founders, HR leads and agency partners, and all of them get the same first step: a conversation about the outcome.
If a video is not the right answer, we will say so. That has cost us projects and won us clients.

Frequently asked questions
Why does colour grading services need a sector-specific approach in logistics?
Port and customs area filming clearances. A generic script will fail review; a sector-aware one clears in a single pass.
What does colour grading services cost for a logistics client?
Rs 30K - Rs 3L, driven by shoot days, sites, languages and post depth rather than by sector.
How long does the project take?
3-7 working days, plus your internal compliance review windows, which we schedule explicitly rather than assume.
What do we receive at the end?
Graded master, HDR and SDR trims, Show LUT, Grade notes, with regional language versions quoted per language.
Can you shoot inside restricted or regulated sites?
Yes. We handle EHS briefings, gate passes, SEZ and plant clearances, and work to your site's safety protocol.
