01
Education context
Universities, schools and edtech platforms competing for admissions.
For education teams, VFX sits inside an approval chain, not outside it. Student consent and accurate placement claims. We build that into the schedule rather than discovering it at the sign-off stage.
- Campus films — briefed, scripted and delivered as a distinct asset rather than a cutdown afterthought.
- Course explainers — briefed, scripted and delivered as a distinct asset rather than a cutdown afterthought.
- Alumni stories — briefed, scripted and delivered as a distinct asset rather than a cutdown afterthought.
- Lecture capture — briefed, scripted and delivered as a distinct asset rather than a cutdown afterthought.

What good looks like in this sector
Campus films drive application starts during admission windows.
Every engagement begins with a working session, not a rate card. In education, the most common failure is a film that is technically excellent and commercially silent — beautiful footage that never states the proposition. We test the script against the buying decision before the camera is booked.

03
What vfx services actually involves
Invisible cleanup through to full CG set extension, planned at the storyboard stage.
Every engagement begins with a working session, not a rate card. For VFX, that means deciding early whether the film is doing persuasion work, explanation work or proof work — because those three jobs need different structures, different running times and different crews.
A typical engagement runs 3-8 weeks and is delivered by vfx supervisor, compositor, roto artist, fx td. There is no shoot day and no location to permit — the work is built in our studio from nuke, houdini, on-set hdri capture, which is why the schedule is driven by approvals rather than by weather, traffic or access.
04
What you receive
Deliverables are agreed in writing before production starts, so nothing is negotiated after the fact. The standard package for VFX includes:
- VFX breakdown
- Comped shots
- Cleanup passes
- Element library

05
How we run the project
Six stages, each with a named owner and a dated checkpoint.
- Discovery: A 90-minute session with the people who own the outcome. We leave with the audience, the proposition and the single action the work has to drive.
- Script and storyboard: A written script, then a storyboard or styleframe set that shows exactly how the finished piece will look before a single frame is built.
- Design and asset build: Style is locked on approved styleframes. Characters, product models, UI and typography are built to that lock so nothing is reinterpreted mid-project.
- Animation and assembly: Blocking pass, then full animation against the approved scratch voice track. You review at blocking and at first full pass, before render.
- Finishing: Render, colour, sound design, mix and graphics conform in a calibrated suite. Two structured revision rounds sit inside the schedule.
- Delivery and measurement: Platform-specific masters, captions, thumbnails, source project files on request, and an asset index. We review performance after 30 days.
06
Investment and what moves the number
VFX Services projects typically sit between Rs 1L - Rs 40L. The variables that move that figure are finished runtime, the number of unique scenes or assets built from scratch, the complexity of the style, and how many revision rounds you need beyond the two included.
We quote in three tiers against the same script so you can see exactly what an extra day or an extra grade session buys. What we do not do is win the brief on price and rebuild the margin through change requests.
- Included as standard: delivery specs matched to each platform, not one master for everything.
- Included as standard: a named producer who answers the phone, not a ticket queue.
- Included as standard: a storyboard approved before production time is spent.
- Included as standard: two structured revision rounds priced into the quote.

Education teams we produce for across Mumbai
VFX is built in our studio, so there is no site access to arrange. These are the pockets of the MMR the briefs come from.
- Magathane (Western Suburbs) — Neighbourhood retail, clinics, schools and family-run businesses. Anchored around Magathane Metro. The mix leans towards documentary-style films, culture content and CSR stories.
- IC Colony (Western Suburbs) — Neighbourhood retail, clinics, schools and family-run businesses. Anchored around IC Colony church. Work here is usually process films, safety content and trade-show loops.
- Khar East (Western Suburbs) — Office towers, business parks and multinational back-offices. Anchored around Khar station east. Requests cluster around leadership interviews, annual films and internal comms.
- Bandra East (Western Suburbs) — Office towers, business parks and multinational back-offices. Anchored around Kalanagar. Briefs here skew to founder films, product stories and recruitment content.
- Kalina (Western Suburbs) — Education and research campuses with auditoria and controlled interiors. Anchored around Mumbai University Kalina. Most work here is capability films, customer testimonials and launch content.

Five ways education VFX projects go wrong
Most failed video projects fail for the same handful of reasons. These are the ones we plan against.
- Supplying assets late: Brand kits, product CAD and legal copy arriving mid-build is the single most common cause of a slipped delivery date.
- Approving a script without a storyboard: Words read differently from frames. Sign off the boards and the revisions collapse from ten rounds to two.
- Changing the style after animation starts: A restyle at the animation stage is a rebuild, not an edit. Style locks at styleframe approval for exactly this reason.
- Writing to a runtime instead of a message: Ninety seconds is a constraint, not a brief. Decide what has to land, then cut to fit.

Working with us
We are a Mumbai production company that works to a written scope, a fixed schedule and an agreed deliverable list. Briefs come in from marketing heads, founders, HR leads and agency partners, and all of them get the same first step: a conversation about the outcome.
If a video is not the right answer, we will say so. That has cost us projects and won us clients.
